About Ayden Gramm
Originally from a small farm town in Indiana, Ayden spent over a decade in Los Angeles before traveling the world. But it was Santa Fe—with its deep history, vibrant culture, and natural beauty—that immediately felt like home.
A consistent recipient of the “Top Producer” award, Ayden discovered his passion for real estate after a successful first investment and quickly realized his talent for spotting potential and helping others do the same. Known for his integrity, responsiveness, and relationship-first approach, he’s committed to making the buying and selling process smooth, thoughtful, and even enjoyable. He also brings seasoned investor insight to every deal as the founder of a commercial real estate acquisitions company.
Outside of real estate, Ayden is dedicated to service and supporting others. He served as a live-in caregiver for world-renowned spiritual teacher Ram Dass (Be Here Now) and currently volunteers with hospice, teaches mindfulness at the State Penitentiary, and offers ceremonial tea, a Zen practice, to the community.
